My husband and I have been living here going on 4 years now. We've never had any issues with anyone! Fran is a delight as they all say! Always willing to go the extra mile in helping in anyway she can. Chief mobile home park is a close nit family environment. All my neighbors are super sweet, and to themselves for the most part. She lets us plant or do whatever we want with our yards. How many mobile home parks you know, that'd let you plant a whole garden for a yard? I've done just that! I couldn't be happier with where I live! It's also a big plus that we have this nice track across the street at the middle school! If you've got animals, it's such a nice place to be able to walk them! Come by and take a look! I promise you won't find a better deal anywhere else around here!

Went to visit. Easy to get in and out. Easy parking. Could have been better as far as pot holes.

The perfect place to reside. The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Fran, the property manager is extremely nice and is a professional in her job as our property manager. I recommend this park to everyone looking for a nice place to live.

Worked with Fran on renting a brand new mobile home and everything was done so I could move in by the end of March . I love my new trailer. Fran was great to work with!
